Assault Acanthus's Lair is the 5th mission unlocked in the Deathbringer tier of missions at level 63.
This mission requires 45 energy as well as one Summon Pale Horse and two Control Bear Clans abilities. Also, this mission requires 5 Pentagram Shards at Mastery levels 2 and 3.
On completion, it provides between 2,100,000 and 4,000,000 blood and 58 experience points. Completing the mission will sometimes provide a mission item, Unholy Water.
Each time the mission is completed, mission mastery increases by 6% for Mastery Level 1, 5% for Mastery Level 2, and 4% for Mastery Level 3.
